Use the link at the bottom of this page to download the executable that will install the wireless printer.
If you see a File Download Security Warning Press Run
When you see the Security Warning press Run again
When prompted for credentials, enter your NetID using the following syntax:
DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDENTIALS ON ANY COMPUTER THAT IS NOT YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER, THE CREDENTIALS WILL BE CACHED INDEFINITELY!
User name: unr\NetID
Password: *******
If you are asked to install a driver, press Install driver
It may take several minutes to install the printer. After the process is complete, check to see if the printer is installed by going to:
Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes and locate “WiFiPrinter”.
Please Note:
Any documents printed to this printer will be charged against your printing account. To add print credit, please see a Lab Consultant in room 308.
You can pick up your print job from the Lab Consultant in room 308.
